Jackie is friendly, professional, approachable and incredibly efficient. On our move-in day, we arrived at an empty apartment at 9am, and by 1pm we had temporary furniture, phone service, internet service and television hookup. In addition, during our look and see visit, she had everything arranged for us to make the most of our short time here. We had recently lived in Germany as ex-pats and I thought we had received good service there as well.
